I went to Herb’s for the first time a few weeks ago to get a hat reshaped that I had purchased from somewhere else. We were greeted immediately, and the whole staff was super friendly. It’s more than a hat shop, they’ve built an amazing community. You walk in, are greeted immediately, there’s often live music being performed in the store and you’ll be offered a drink. When I asked “Is this heaven?” They said “Close, it’s Texas. Welcome to Herb’s!”
